AddBluetoothCoreScanningServices(IServiceCollection)

Adds Bluetooth scanner and broadcaster services to the service collection. Registers all core Bluetooth services including the adapter, scanner, broadcaster, and characteristic access services as singletons.

AddBluetoothSigProfiles(IServiceCollection)

Adds Bluetooth SIG service definitions to the service definition registry pipeline.

Registers the following Bluetooth SIG standard services: Battery Service (0x180F), Device Information (0x180A), Generic Access (0x1800), Generic Attribute (0x1801), Heart Rate (0x180D), Health Thermometer (0x1809), and Environmental Sensing (0x181A).
